Do we need to know the term BFS before contacting Steridose Labs?
No. You can start from the commercial problem, such as serum sample packaging, skincare trial kit packaging, GWP samples, travel-size skincare packaging, plastic ampoules for serum or glass ampoule alternatives. Steridose Labs can map the project to BFS ampoules, conventional bottles, kit pack-out or another route after the brief is reviewed.
What makes a project a good fit for single-dose packaging?
Single-dose projects are strongest when the liquid benefits from a cleaner one-use story, controlled dose, premium trial experience, easier ecommerce handling, travel use, creator seeding, GWP insertion or professional channel handoff. High-active formulas such as VC, PDRN, peptides, hyaluronic acid and repair-positioned serums often deserve this review.
What is the standard pilot quantity?
Standard BFS commercial pilot production usually starts from 10,000+ units. A 5,000-unit BFS run is not currently confirmed; written factory approval is required before it can be quoted.
What should we prepare before asking for price?
A useful RFQ includes format, fill volume, target quantity, launch market, timeline, formula or NDA status, current packaging, use case, secondary packaging plan, required documents and any reference file links.
