Quantity reminders
- BFS: from 10,000 filled ampoules per formula; smaller runs need written factory confirmation.
- Traditional ampoules: MOQ 5,000 filled ampoules; confirm each formula and packaging configuration.
- Bottles / jars: product-specific MOQ. Blisters: development concept, with separate tooling and MOQ confirmation.
- Kits: confirm both filled units per formula and assembled sets, plus any packaging-component minimums.
Before accepting a quotation
- Does the quotation identify the formula, fill, quantity and packaging version?
- Are development, tooling, testing, labels, cartons, assembly and freight included or excluded?
- Who signs the order, manufactures the product and approves quality release?
- Which samples, specifications and artwork need approval before production?
- Which documents, tests, delivery terms and timing dependencies are agreed?
