Production MOQ depends on the route.

BFS ampoules: 10,000 units per formula; Confirm formula, fill, mould and pack specification. Smaller runs require written factory confirmation.
Traditional ampoules: 5,000 units; Confirm the actual ampoule model, material and formula. This minimum does not apply to all bottles and jars.
Conventional bottles & jars: Product-specific; Selected conventional formulas in standard packaging have a 1,000-piece MOQ. Confirm the selected product and packaging before ordering.
Skincare blisters: To be confirmed; Discuss complete cards, pods per card and each formula. The concept image does not establish a production MOQ.

Quantities refer to production units, not the number of sample kits. Confirm how quantities are counted across formulas, artwork variants and packs in the quotation.

For example, five ampoules of one formula in each kit would turn 10,000 filled units into 2,000 kits before process losses, retained samples and packaging minimums. This is a quantity-planning example; confirm the actual production and kit counts in your quote.

Agree what the sample will prove.

Before preparation

Identify the formula reference or development brief, target fill and package. Confirm sample fees, iterations, shipping and the preparation schedule. Concepts shown in the catalogue are not automatically ready to dispatch.

Before a production order

Approve formula and packaging specifications, compatibility and stability requirements, opening and seal checks, artwork, labelling and pack-out. Agree acceptance records and release responsibilities with the selected manufacturing site.

Questions before you start

Can I request a sample before ordering production?

Yes. Tell us the formula or product reference and intended packaging. We first confirm whether a relevant sample exists or development is needed, then confirm preparation time, fees and shipping. A sample request is not a stock reservation.

What are the minimum production quantities?

BFS ampoules start at 10,000 filled units per formula. Smaller BFS runs require written factory confirmation. Traditional ampoules start at 5,000 units. Bottles and jars are quoted by product; selected conventional formulas with standard packaging have a 1,000-piece MOQ. Blister MOQ is not yet confirmed.

Does the BFS MOQ refer to ampoules or finished kits?

The 10,000-unit BFS starting quantity refers to filled ampoules per formula, not finished kits. As a planning example, 10,000 ampoules of one formula packed five per kit would make 2,000 kits before process losses, retained samples and packaging minimums. This calculation is not a production quotation. Confirm each formula quantity and the assembled kit count separately.

Can you work with our existing formula?

Formula transfer can be reviewed under NDA. The formula, target pack, filling behaviour, compatibility and required testing need approval before commercial production.

How long will sampling and production take?

Timing depends on sample availability, development iterations, tooling, testing, artwork and line scheduling. Request a project-specific schedule after these inputs are reviewed; there is no universal lead time.
