Is private label ampoule supplier the same as BFS ampoule supplier?
No. Private-label skincare ampoules can follow a traditional ampoule route or a BFS route. BFS forms, fills and seals a polymer container in one process; a traditional ampoule uses a separately selected container and filling process. Confirm the material and opening method for the actual product. Both routes need formula, branding and finished-pack review.
What MOQ should private-label ampoule buyers expect?
Traditional ampoules have a 1,000–2,000-unit MOQ, subject to the selected formula and pack. BFS production starts at 10,000 filled ampoules per formula. Count filled ampoules rather than finished kits. Bottle, jar and blister projects have separate quantity requirements. Samples are free.
Can we combine several traditional ampoule formulas within the 1,000–2,000-unit MOQ?
Do not assume a mixed order satisfies every component minimum. State filled ampoules per formula and packaging configuration, as well as complete kit quantities. The traditional ampoule MOQ is 1,000–2,000 units, subject to the selected formula and pack; confirm the allocation for each product in the quotation.
What can be customised in a traditional skincare ampoule project?
The agreed scope can cover formula development, adaptation or NDA transfer, usable fill, the selected container and opening method, labels, cartons and kit assembly. Confirm existing versus newly developed components, decoration minimums, any tooling and the sample or artwork approvals before production. Actual material and formula availability are project-specific.
