The selected production site and its legal operator need to be named in the project documents. The two facility paths describe capability, not proof of ownership.
Quality and release
Confirm who performs testing, who authorizes batch release and who handles complaints in the quality agreement. Applicable records must name the relevant site and document holder.

Site, equipment and quality documents for your project

Ask which licence, certificate, equipment list and sample inspection records can be shared for the proposed site. Records should identify the legal holder, site address, issue/expiry or inspection date, and applicable product or process scope. Redactions must leave those verification details visible.

Confirm the proposed equipment reference, filling controls, seal-integrity plan and sample-approval criteria. Quality review connects the selected facility and its records to your product.
