R&D lab and formula iteration

Partner factory R&D labs can provide self-developed formula directions for buyers who need a faster Formula + BFS turnkey route. If a buyer already has a formula, the client formula modification route can help adjust texture, sensory profile, viscosity, active positioning, and BFS filling fit through scoped sample rounds until the formula direction is approved. For proprietary formulas, the NDA formula transfer route allows the buyer to share a confidential formula recipe after NDA so the factory can prepare the formula and move into contract filling review.

Capacity planning note

Capacity and line allocation depend on project scope, formula fit, qualification requirements, production site selection and launch timing. Line availability is reviewed after the buyer provides a project brief, target format, fill volume and expected schedule.
