A kit with several powder vials is not one filled unit. For example, 1,000 sets containing three powder vials and three activator vials require 3,000 dry vials and 3,000 liquid units. If the set uses different formulas, count each formula separately.
This is a quantity example, not a minimum order offer. Powder formula, vial and closure, activator and kit assembly may have separate minimums and costs. Ask for development, testing, filled units, printed packaging, assembly and shipping to be identified in the proposal.

Define stability, moisture protection, closure and microbiological checks for the proposed formula and pack. Shelf life, storage conditions and instructions after mixing must follow that assessment. Freeze-drying alone does not establish sterility, preservation adequacy or skincare efficacy.

Is lyophilized powder the same as freeze-dried skincare beads?
Lyophilized and freeze-dried describe the drying process. A powder-vial product contains a dry formulation in a vial; a bead or ball is a separate shaped dry presentation. Specify the format, dry amount and mixing experience you want so the proposal covers the appropriate process and packaging.
Can a powder vial be paired with a liquid activator?
A separate powder-and-activator set can be evaluated as a finished skincare product. Agree the liquid composition, amount, mixing method, dissolution, usable amount and instructions for that exact formula. Water or an existing serum is not automatically a suitable activator. The use period after mixing needs its own assessment.
What are the MOQ, sample costs and lead time for powder vials?
They are quoted after reviewing the formula, dry amount, vial and closure, any activator and the finished pack. Confirm dry vials per formula, activator units and assembled sets separately. There is no published standard MOQ or ready-stock sample list for this range; BFS and traditional ampoule minimums do not automatically apply.
Does freeze-drying establish sterility, shelf life or skincare efficacy?
No. Those statements need evidence for the exact formula, manufacturing process, protective packaging and intended use. Agree stability, moisture protection, closure integrity and microbiological checks with the proposed manufacturer. Freeze-drying alone does not establish a preservative-free or sterile product.
Is this a topical skincare service or an injectable ingredient offer?
